Summer Institute in Health Professions (“Club Med”)

Student applications to the Summer Institute must include:

• A 2-3 paragraph Statement of Interest (in which students explain why they would like to participate in the program)
• The name of a professor or dean who can serve as a reference
• Most recent copy of the student’s unofficial academic transcript

Applications will be evaluated by a committee of department faculty and admissions staff based on prior academic performance, the quality of Statement of Interest, and completed recommendation forms.
